Introduce Hajj without any kind of pictures of Hajji (Hajj participants) Allah Pak Declares in Qur'an Shareef, "Allah Pak made Hajj to the Ka'aba Shareef obligatory upon those who are able to afford. (Sura Al-Imran-97) Again Allah PAk Declares, "Upon whom hajj is far'd, during Hajj do not do anything obscene, violation of shariat and quarrelsome."(Sura Bakarah-197) Pictures of living beings are forbidden in shariat. Again, during hajj, it is forbidden to commit anything against shariat. So, during Hajj, stop violating the order Mubarwak of Allah Pak and Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam. Therefore,no more pictures of the respectable Hajji in the name of security during Hajj. Q 8: Is photographyHaram (prohibited) or not? A:Yes, photographing soul-possessing creatures and the like is Haram. Whoever does this should repent to Allah, seek His forgiveness, regret what they are doing and never do it again. Again, photography changes with age, time, makeup, beard, moustache, dress-up etc. But finger print is unique and unchangeable for every individual Muslims must be straightcut about the prohibiton of photography
Tafsir of "Having afford to perform Hajj" In the Tafsir of the word "able to afford" it is explained by the Mufassirin-e-Kiram that Hajj would not be Far'd upon a male until 3 conditions are applied. Such as; Security of the path, sound health and being free from the atrocity of ruler. And for female persons, one more condition is obligatory. That is, having a veridical (man of good character) Mahram (the relative with whom marital relationship is prohibited). In the Tafsir of the Security it is explained in the Shorah,the basic security is the security of Imaan. This is being violated by making photographs in the passport and being videotaped by the CCTV. Hadiee's Shareef reveals strict prohibition on photography of living beings: Allah Pak Dictates in Qur'an Shareef, "Accept whatever Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam gives you and refrain from whatever Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam forbids you." Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam forbade the pictures of animals in the thousands of Hadiee's Shareef. Tasweer means picture, image etc. Musaweeroon means image maker. In Islam making picture of living beings like people, animals, birds, etc is hawraam (forbidden) Ha'drwat Abdullah ibn Umar RwadiAllahu Ta'ala 'Anhu reports that Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam narrates, "Every image maker and the one who helps making own images will go to the Jahannam" (Muslim shareef) Ha'drwat Abdullah ibn Mas'ud RwadiAllahu Ta'ala 'Anhu reports that Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam narrates, "Those, who will be most severely punished by ALLAH PAK on the Day of Qiameat, will be the image-makers." (Miskat shareef, page no 385) Ha'drwat Abu Hurayrah RwadiAllahu Ta'ala 'Anhu reports that Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam narrates,"ALLAH PAK dictates, 'Who is more disobedient than the one who tries to create something resembling My creation? Let him create a grain of wheat or a kernel of corn or an ant." (Miskat shareef, page no 385) Ha'drwat Ibn 'Abbaas RwadiAllahu Ta'ala 'Anhu reports that Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam narrates, "Every image maker will be in the Jahannam and for every image that he has made, a soul will be created for it, which will punish him in the Jahannam." Ha'drwat Ibn 'Abbaas RwadiAllahu Ta'ala Anhu also says, "If you have to do that, make pictures of trees and other inanimate objects." (Muslim shareef, 2nd volume, page no-202) These Hadis shareef indicate that making pictures of living beings are hawraam, whether they are human or any other creatures, whether they are three-dimensional or two-dimensional, whether they are printed, drawn, etched, engraved, carved, cast in moulds, etc. These Hadis shareef include all of these types of pictures. Even the fotwa of the Saudi established "The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta' is as follows: Eighth question from Fatwa no.3592
The Muslim should not keep any picture of living beings in his house, because they will prevent the Malaaika 'Alihimus salam from entering. Ha'drwat Abu Talha RwadiAllahu Ta'ala 'Anhu reports that Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam narrates, "The Malaaika 'Alihimus Salam do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture." (Muslim shareef, 2nd volume, page no-200)
All Muslims must enforce their government
Every Muslim including their govt must pressurize the saudi to remove all these harwaam items from Hajj and help ensure Mabrur Hajj.
The KSA authority can introduce new special hajj iqama only with fingerprint which is more reliable for security

So, the self-claimed "khwadimul-Haramain" Saudi authorities!! Let you remove every CCTV from the Haramain Shareef, launch alternative security system and introduce the thumb-impression attached passport system.
