For Arthritis / Joint pain.

1) Always drink water sitting on chair /or squat ( hot water ) .

Even those who don't have arthritis / joint pain must follow this

so as not to get joint problems.

2) In hot milk add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder + 2 teaspoon of Cow Ghee ,

stir it nicely and take it standing. [ Preferred Organic cow Ghee

If 2 to 3 months the problem will go away.
