You cannot file a case directly in the high court of supreme court unless it relates to a case of breach of fundamental right.

Otherwise these courts are courts of appeal. That is you can go to high court of supreme court only on appeal against the judgement of the lower court. Find out a good lawyer and consult him rather than put a mail in the group mails.
