Dear friend, I think, the best person who can answer to such medical queries is one's own Doctor. "Disseminated malignancy", usually means "disseminated cancer deposits".... Usually, based on the microscopic features, the doctors do make a diagnosis of the origin of such a secondary deposits.like, where the cancer cells have spread / got deposited from ! In some clinical cases, when the spread is extensive involving many sites & organs, it is very difficult to pin point the origin of these secondaries, then the diagnosis is made as "disseminated malignancy - primary unknown". egeekay2003 You can't take back, the words that you speak or the stones that you throw..
