This mail is being sent for one of my friends. He is working in Oman and his family is settled in Kerala at Kayamkulam.His LPG connection was with the distributer of IOC at OCHIRA. As usual he was getting gas cylinder on booking regularly. When last month contacted the distributor for booking they informed that the connection is transferred to Karunagappally and further booking available from there only.
The said connection was transferred without the permission of the consumer. Now his wife has approached the concerned agency several times to return back the connection to Ochira again as Karunagappally is very far. When my friend contacted the distributer over phone he was told to sign and send him a 100/ rupee stamp paper and the will do the needful to retain it with them(Ochira agency) again . Accordingly he signed the 100/- rupee stamp paper and sent to the distributer. But there is no result until now. Neither the connection got transfered to Ochira nor started booking. His wife is running from Kayamkulam to Ochira & Karunagapply for the mercy of concerned authirities, as there is no male member in the family.
Now dear friends let me know to whom he has to approach & what is the solution for it.
