There were Brahmins like the Ambedkar who adopted the poor Dalit Ambedkar, nurtured him and educated him. But he was an exception rather than the rule. So saying that all Brahmins took care of all Dalits just like the Ambedkars is tantamount to the fallacy called anecdotal fallacy where a few examples are pointed out to establish a general principle.
All ancient societies were violent. In fact most of ancient histories are centered around wars and conquests. Thus we have accounts of the Romans and others setting out on wars to gain territory. It was the same in India. Thus we have Asoka and his father setting out on wars and conquering all the area from Afghanistan to Orissa and then converting them to Buddhism as was normal in those days. But the Sanghi argument that only others were violent while Vedic people were peaceful is utter nonsense. If pointing out that the Vedic world was as violent as any other is anti-Hinduism, then so be it.
