As Mr.Gopesh Vijayan suggests now onwards smses should decide.
Then the service providers and the Channel can make more money.
No good singer will emerge at the end.
This is only my view after going thro' so many mails on this subject.
Season 6 has more contestants from Trivandrum.
Then other districts also can feel that since the channel is situated in Trivandrum they favour more contestants from Trivandrum.. ( This is only a feeling that comes to my mind after seeing observations of the writers about the contestants from other States).
This argument also erupt in the due course of the programme.
However nothing personal against any contestants from Trivandrum or other places.
I wish all the contestants of ISS Season 6 all success.
Now Judges can eliminate the contestant from Bengaluru and Hydrabad this time at the early stage itself to avoid the wrath of the viewers.

Whether Kalpana deserved the First Prize or not is not the matter here, but the kind of partiality shown by a Great Celebrity like Mr. K J Yesudas.
Mr. K J Yesudas is not at all a judge here so far or for the Day, he was just a viewer or an invited guest. From the beginning of the show he tried to support Kalpana like anything through his verbal and non-verbal actions.
For Kalpana alone he stood up from the seat and applause. He never did this for any other competitor there.
For Kalpana alone he praised her to the utmost level. He never praised any other competitor there.
For Kalpana alone he tried to influence the judging panel by showing his interest in her through different ways.
Just think how much it will affect the Mentality and Self-Confidence of other candidates if a Great Celebrity like Mr. K J Yesudas praises Kalpana like this even at the beginning of the competition?
Mr. K J Yesudas did all these because Kalpana is his Childhood friend's Daughter? If so then he did the worst activity in a such open manner which is not even expected from the cheap politicians. He has proven to what extend he can go down for his selfish motives.
One more thing, it is the biggest irony here is the same Mr. K J Yesudas who has once said the reality shows are destroying the Good Music, here at the stage wished let the show go on for another 6,000 seasons!!!
One general Question I would like to ask is regarding the SMS from the Viewers. The Reality Show "Indian Idol", which is one among the first reality shows in the Country has depended purely on the number of SMS only. The judges had the power to make comments but the elimination and final winners were made only on the basis of SMS only.
How Kalpana become the winner here even she didn't receive half of the SMS comparing to the other candidates? The funny thing here is it is viewers show, the viewers are watching the show for over a year, they are the one who spends the money for sending SMS to support the candidates, they are the one who selected the competitors here to the final round and at the final stage they are SMS are considered to throw to Waste Basket.
If the SMS send by viewers are not given any value, then why the SMS System exist? What is the use of that? Is it just a Money Generating Mechanism for Asianet? If so,

The Viewers are the FOOLS here!!!
The SMS senders are the Absolute DONKEYS here!!!
Think Again, Again & Again, Why wasting Money for Such cheap Exposures?
If you have more money to waste like this for SMS, donate it to some Orphanages, or Activities for Social Welfare. (just my suggestion)

I really surprize that in he below mail some one mentioned that (It is a big question how a person who cannot properly sing or prnounce malayalam and who would have been perhaps in the third place was made first.)???
You know who is S. Janaki, P. leela, Vani jayaram, etc... they are not malayalees and they can prononce well also.

Dear friends, Yes, no one sitting in the stadium or waching the live show would not have expected such a partiality in in announcing the final result. This is very funny.
It is surprising the way Dr. K.J. Yesudas talked about a contestant before the final result announced. It is a big question how a person who cannot properly sing or prnounce malayalam and who would have been perhaps in the third place was made first. Anish Philip is hundred percent right.

തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് നടന്ന ഫൈനല് ഷോ കാണുന്നതിനായി ആദ്യം മുതലേ ഗാനഗന്ധര്വന് ഭാര്യയോടൊത്ത് മുന് നിരയില് തന്നെ ഇരിപ്പുറപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന അദ്ദേഹം എല്ലാ ഗാനങ്ങള്ക്കും സ്വതസിദ്ധമായ ശൈലിയില് താളമിടുന്നതും കാണാമായിരുന്നു. ഇന്നലെ ജേതാവായ കല്പ്പനാ രാഘവേന്ദ്ര, മൃദുലാ വാര്യര്, ഇമ്മാനുവല് ഹെന്റി, ആന്റണി ജോണ്, അഖില് കൃഷ്ണന് എന്നിവരാണ് ഫൈനല് റൗണ്ടില് മത്സരിച്ചത്. ഫൈനലിലെ ആദ്യ റൗണ്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള് ആന്റണി ജോണ് തേര്ഡ് റണ്ണറപ്പും അഖില് കൃഷ്ണന് അഞ്ചാം സ്ഥാനവും നേടി പുറത്തായി. പിന്നീട് ഏറ്റവുമൊടുവില്, ആദ്യ മൂന്ന് സ്ഥാനക്കാരെ കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനായി നടന്ന റൗണ്ടിലാണ് നാടകീയമായ രംഗങ്ങള് അരങ്ങേറിയത്. ആദ്യം പാടുന്നതിന് അവസരം ലഭിച്ചത് ഇമ്മാനുവല് ഹെന്ട്രിക്കാണ്. തുടര്ന്ന് കല്പനയും അതിനു ശേഷം ഒടുവില് മൃദുലയും പാടി. കല്പന പാടിയത് വെസ്റ്റേണ് മ്യൂസിക്കും ഇന്ത്യന് മ്യൂസിക്കും ചേര്ന്ന്ന ഒരു ഫ്യൂഷന് ഗാനമാണ്. സാധാരണക്കാര്ക്ക് ആര്ക്കും പിടികിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് മാത്രം.
കല്പന പാട്ട് അവസാനിപ്പിച്ചപ്പോള് സദ്ദസ്സിന്റെ മുന്നിരയില് ഇരുന്നിരുന്ന ഗാനഗന്ധര്വന് ഡോ. കെ.ജെ. യേശുദാസ് എണീറ്റു നിന്ന് കൈയ്യടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. മറ്റ് രണ്ട് കുട്ടികളുടേയും പാട്ട് കൊള്ളില്ലെന്ന് പറയുന്നതുപോലെയായി ആ കൈയ്യടി എന്നാണ് ഇപ്പോള് ആക്ഷേപം ഉയര്ന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്. മാത്രവുമല്ല മാര്ക്ക് ഇടാന് ഇരിക്കുന്ന ജഡ്ജിമാര്ക്ക് കൂടി കാണാവുന്ന തരത്തിലാണ് ഡോ. കെ.ജെ യേശുദാസ് ഇരുന്നിരുന്നത്. കല്പനയുടെ പാട്ട് താന് പോലും ബഹുമാനിക്കുന്ന മട്ടിലുള്ളതാണെന്നുള്ള പ്രഖ്യാപനം കൂടിയായി മാറി ആ കൈയ്യടിയെന്ന് കാണുന്നവര്ക്ക് എല്ലാവര്ക്കും മനസ്സിലാകും. ഗാനഗന്ധര്വന് എണീറ്റ് നിന്ന് കൈയ്യടിച്ചാല് പിന്നെ ഗാനകോകിലം എന്തു ചെയ്യും. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ജഡ്ജിമാരുടെ ഇടയില് നിന്നും ഇത് കണ്ടിരുന്ന കെ.എസ്. ചിത്രയും എണീറ്റ് നിന്നു തന്നെ കൈയ്യടിച്ചു. ഒപ്പം ഇരുന്നിരുന്ന തമിഴ് ഗായികയായ ജഡ്ജി അനുരാധാ ശ്രീറാം പിന്നെ എന്തു ചെയ്യും. അവരും കൂടി എണീറ്റ് നിന്നു കൈയ്യടിച്ചു. ശരത്തും എം.ജി ശ്രീകുമാറും ഇരിപ്പിടങ്ങളില് നിന്നും എണീറ്റിരുന്നില്ല.
ഗാനഗന്ധര്വന് നടത്തിയ ഈ നടപടി തന്റെ പിന്തുണ ആര്ക്കാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നതായിരുന്നു എന്നതിനേക്കാള് കൂടുതലായി ആരുടെ പാട്ടാണ് നല്ലത് എന്നു വിലയിരുത്തി മാര്ക്ക് ഇടുന്നതു പോലെയായി മാറുകയായിരുന്നു. കല്പനയല്ലാതെ മറ്റാര്ക്കെങ്കിലും ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം ലഭിച്ചാല് അത് ജഡ്ജിമാര്ക്ക് മാര്ക്ക് ഇടാന് കഴിവില്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാണ് എന്നും വിമര്ശിക്കപ്പെടാവുന്ന ഒരു സ്തിതി വിശേഷം അവിടെ ഉളവാക്കി. ഇതോടെ എന്തു തന്നെ സംഭവിച്ചാലും ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം കല്പനയ്ക്ക് തന്നെ നല്കണം എന്ന സമ്മര്ദ്ദം ജഡ്ജിമാരില് സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു എന്നു പറയാം. തുടര്ന്ന് ഐഡിയാ സ്റ്റാര് സിംഗര് സീസണ് സിക്സ് ലോഗോ പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും ജഡ്ജിമാരെ പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി ഗാനഗന്ധര്വനയും വേദിയിലേയ്ക്ക് ക്ഷണിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. റിയാലിറ്റി ഷോകള്ക്ക് എതിരു പറഞ്ഞു നടന്ന അദ്ദേഹം ആറല്ല, അറുപതല്ല, ആറായിരം സീസണ് വരെ സ്റ്റാര് സിംഗര് തുടരട്ടെ എന്ന് ആശംസിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
പ്രസംഗത്തിനിടെ തനിക്ക് ചെറുപ്പകാലം മുതലേ കല്പനയുടെ കുടുംബവുമായി ഉള്ള ബന്ധവും കല്പനയുടെ കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ സംഗീതപാരമ്പര്യവും കല്പനയുടെ കര്ണ്ണാട്ടിക്, വെസ്റ്റേണ് മ്യൂസിക്കില് ഉള്ള അഗാധ പാണ്ഡിത്യവും എല്ലാം അദ്ദേഹം വാനോളും പുകഴ്ത്തി. മറ്റുള്ള രണ്ട് പേര്ക്കും പാട്ട് അറിയില്ലെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിലും ഇത്രയും വലിയ സംഭവമായ കല്പനയ്ക്കല്ലാതെ ആര്ക്ക് നല്കും ഒന്നാം സമ്മാനം എന്നുള്ള ധ്വനി ആ വാക്കുകളില് നിറഞ്ഞു നിന്നു. അതിനു ശേഷം കുറേ സ്റ്റേജ് പരിപാടികള് കൂടി കഴിഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷമാണ് വിജയികളെ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്. കല്പനയെ അല്ലാതെ ആരെയെങ്കിലും വിജയിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചാല് അത് വിവരം കെട്ട ജഡ്ജിമാരുടെ പ്രകടനമാകുമെന്ന് പരസ്യവിമര്ശനം ഉയര്ന്നേനെ.
ഒടുവില് ഗാനഗന്ധര്വന് തന്നെ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച റിസല്ട്ടില് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം കല്പനയ്ക്ക്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വര്ഷമായി ഇവരുടെ പാട്ട് കേട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാണികള് നല്കിയ എസ്.എം.എസ് വോട്ട് അനുസരിച്ച് കല്പനയ്ക്ക് രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനത്ത് എത്തിയ മൃദുല വാര്യരുടെ പകുതി വോട്ട് പോലുമില്ല. എസ്.എം.സില് ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം മൂന്നാം സമ്മാനത്തിന് അര്ഹനായ ഇമ്മാനുവല് ഹെന്ട്രിക്കാണ് താനും. ഏതായാലും ഗാനഗന്ധര്വനും ഏഷ്യാനെറ്റും ചേര്ന്ന് നടത്തിയ ഈ നാടകത്തിനെതിരേ ജനരോഷം ആര്ത്തിരമ്പുകയാണ്.
