Anatolia vertadella una italiana de 101 años de edad trajo al mundo a un varón saludable después de sufrir un trasplante de ovarios, operación que fue rechazada por muchos médicos en su país por su avanzada edad .así lo informa la Revista Napoli.
La operación fue realizada ilegalmente en un clínica privada de Turquia donde las leyes europeas de trasplante de ovario no se pueden aplicar.La anciana no quizo hacer público el nombre de la clínica donde se hizo la intervención quirúrgica.

Según la prensa italiana Anatolia fue diagnosticada con cáncer en los ovarios a los 48 años de edad, por un tiempo ella pensó que Dios la cástigo y que hiba a obtener el perdón solo si daba a luz a otro hijo, aunque tenía en la casa otros 16.
La mujer viuda desde 1998, de nacionalidad italiana contesto que el padre del niño es un donador anónimo.. ¿será que ya obtuvo el perdón?
