Loneliness means you are hankering for the other. 

Loneliness means you are dark, dismal, in despair. 

Loneliness means you are frightened. 

Loneliness means you are feeling left behind. 

Loneliness means nobody needs you. 

It hurts. Loneliness is like a wound.
