Kindly go through ministry of minorities (moma site) site.  This site offers some scholarships for higher studies provided your income should be less than one lakh or two.

My son is studying for B tech (Ist Sem) in a self financed Engg.College in Kerala in OBC Merit seat .

My family annual income is Below 6 lakhs.

Is he  eligible for any scholarship issuing by  Central / State Govt. ? If yes, how can he apply ?
