I am now 60+ and having slow/ burning sensation while urinating for few years now. Recently underwent tests like "uroflow" BPH, PSA Total, PSA Free, TRUS US KUB Region ultra sound. PSA Total result 4.542 ng/ml. TRUS result "Alert Category 3". The prostate measures 37 cc.
After the TRUS test I did not meet the urologist. Before he advised Xatral tab 1 daily to increase the urine flow which gave better result.
Prostate enlarged I can underdstand. It is very serious one or with medicine intake it become normal ? Any effective ayurvedic medicine available ? I am afraid if any kind of surgery. I too have diabetic.
