KOLHAPUR: Chief minister DevendraFadnavis on Monday said his government will change the year-old organic farming policy and that the state will soon ban cow slaughter.
Speaking at the 4th Bharatiya Sanskruti Utsav organized by the Bharatiya Vikas Sangam at Siddhagiri Math in Kaneri, the CM said, "There is a need of a comprehensive new policy for organic farming. While preparing the new policy, we will include suggestions of eminent farmers who have practised organic farming." ( I heard in one acre income will be 4 to 5 lakhs )

Take the Kolhapur-Bangalore NH 4
Travel approx 10–12 km.
Take right from Gokul Shirgaon Junction to go to Kaneri village.
Drive approx 4–5 km to reach Siddhagiri Museum.
