| Showa Commemorative National Government Park is a national government park in Akishima and Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan.A paradise for families, this sprawling park was opened on the site of the old Tachikawa air base in 1983, to mark the golden jubilee of Emperor Showa. It charges an entrance fee (400 Yen for adults). It was established in 1983 as part of a project to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the Shōwa emperor. Bicycles may be rented in the park, which has an 11 kilometer bike trail with parking areas at all locations. There is also an outdoor barbecue area. In December the park has an illumination that features Christmas lighting. The best time to visit this Garden Park is during springtime (April to May). Is there any proof needed further to state that the Japanese are the real Paradise Garden creators of the world?
