Metro rail construction is being carried out through out India with out any hindrance. But as usual in Kerala ... will it be a nightmare!!

I watched this news on TV channels in morning in which labour minister Shiby B John categorically said that this is not related to nokkukooli, but something else which is related to dispute on job conditions in nature as the manning of subcontractor is much lower than the minimum manning required to do this job.

All involved are bent on making hay while the sun shines, labour included. The ideology propagating anti mechanization thinking which resulted in the obnoxious " nokku kooli" is still the dominant one even among literate Malayalis. Who will bell the cat is the question.
