Dear Mr Shamsudheen,

 

I was recently in Kerala and have linked my Dad's NRO account with Aadhar through SBT to avail the Gas very recently.  If your bank cannot do it, it would be purely some technical issues with that particular bank or the staff there is not trained to do that.  No banks can refuse to do this these days.  Please approach them again and ask for the exact reason as to why they cannot do it and ask them to find a solution to it.
