Dear Sir,
Court orders should be strictly followed and a criminal politician should not be allowed to contest for life long even if the conviction is for one day.  But what actually is going to happen is to be seen, as Indian public are cattle as rightly said.

sir my experience is that people will not understand all these as they behave like cattle and go to vote.  this is not my statement and is from markadey kathju retired supreme court judge and human rights expert.  so though your suggestion is very worth, we can not implement it with public support as public are cattle.  AS AN INDIAN, I FULLY SUPPORT YOUR SUGGESTION

All the parties are joined against Supreme Court order to dis-qualify any one who has criminal back ground / record on the basis of FIR filed against them etc... If the politicians jointly amend this order through a parliament voting (they have majority), they will not implement the order and consider public interest. Before it happens, we have to show our support to the court order. We should promise not to cast our vote to any party object Court Order.
