Ramadan Recipe Stuffed Green ChilliesGreen Chilies are commonly used to spice up many Indian recipes. They come in a variety of sizes and there are so many things that you can make with Green Chilies. This Ramadhan, give your Iftar a spicy refreshment with Masala Stuffed Green Chilies. This recipe is spicy and hot. My family members love them as an extra on our iftar menu. It can be served tomato ketchup, chutney, or raita. Raita will be good if your guests or family members are not used to spicy hot items. Ingredients
MethodWash green chillies and make a slit length wise in the middle with a knife or a spoon remove the seeds. Keep set a side. In a bowl add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, and add 1 tbsp water. Mix well. Now fill up the gap with stuffing of all the green chilies one by one and keep them on a plate. Make paste of gram flour, baking soda, and salt to taste and add some water and mix well. Keep set a side. Heat oil in a large pan. Green chilies one by one dip them into the gram flour mixture and drop them into hot oil. Deep fry them until turn golden brown in color, turning frequently. Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain well on absorbent paper towels. Delicious stuffed geren chilies are ready to be served. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, raitaa and chutney Engr.Sulthan |
