[www.keralites.net] RIGHTEOUSNESS

But comrades is there a way to use deception and get off without much sin....  Of course when fighting against evil and criminality to see that righteousness  Triumphs one can to an extend employ deceit says our Mahabharata. You know The Pandavas were waging a Dharma yudha (War) but the Kauravas were employing all deceit and securing  advantages They deceived and killed Abhemaneu and committed many atrocities by deception .Unable to bear the deception the Pandavas approached Lord Krishna and sought advice.... Krishna said that only for righteousness to triumph can deception be  used and Lo  Dharmaputra named an elephant Ashwatama and Bheema killed the elephant with one blow of the Mace. (It was said that Dhronacharya who was wrecking havoc killing innumerable warriors, will lower his bow only if his son Ashwatama was killed) After the elephant Named Ashwatama was killed it was publicized wildly and Dhronacharya said that only if Dharmaputra said that Ashwatama was killed he will believe. Dharmaputra is believed to speak no falsity whatever, Dharmaputra  ro see that righteousness wins ,said that Ashwatama was killed he kept silent about the fact that it was the elephant ,on hearing this Dhronacharya lowered the bow and arrow and Lo..... Arjuna killed Dranacharya. Like this on many instances deceit was employed to see that righteousness won over evil .
