The essence of the Bhagawad Gita as described by Lord Krishna to Arjuna, encourages all followers of Dharma to work tirelessly for its preservation and protection. Some people with sinister intentions have been telling Hindus that Lord Krishna said ' whatever is happening is for good' and therefore one must 'relax and let things happen'. However Swamiji expressly stated that this will only lead to ruin of the country. Those encouraging the youth to sit back and relax must realise that no country, race or civilization achieved prosperity through laziness! The extract below indicates the true message of Lord Krishna, the Avatar of Bhagawan Vishnu:
