Dear Mr. Nawab,          I think you have all the receipts and other documents pertaining to you cargo.  Have you got any written communication from their side so far? If not, please write to them a detailed letter, in which you should spell out details regarding your attempts already made and the response from them. (like their oral reply, telephone reply, sms, e mail etc.).  Before going to CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM we have to find out the territorial jurisdiction of the court in which you plan to file the petition.  It can be (i) where from the cargo was booked (ii) where it is to be delivered (iii) your permanent address (iv) where the transaction took place etc. Based on these information only we can plan a petition. If you want any further advice on your specific problem, pl give full details.
