All involved are bent on making hay while the sun shines, labour included. The ideology propagating anti mechanization thinking which resulted in the obnoxious " nokku kooli" is still the dominant one even among literate Malayalis.
Who will bell the cat is the question. Unfortunately, " none" seems to be the answer.
Please also remember that the entrenched political- engineers -contractors lobby wants to ensure that DMRC does not succeed.

With this news, will any sensible person invest in Kerala. If Govt. work cannot be continued without paying "Nokku Kooli" what can be the fate of others in this state.

"Feni" as everyone knows, is the cashew/ coconut alcohol of Goa and Mangalore. Very potent stuff and highly intoxicating.
Some people seem to be intoxicated with media attention.

കോട്ടയം: സരിത ആവശ്യപ്പെടുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ കേസില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ട ഉന്നതരുടെ പേരുകള്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുമെന്ന്‌ സരിതയുടെ അഭിഭാഷകനായ ഫെനി ബാലകൃഷ്‌ണന്‍. സരിത തയാറാക്കിയ മൊഴി 21 പേജുള്ളതായിരുന്നുവെന്നും അതില്‍ ഉന്നതരായ പലരുടെയും പേരുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്നും ഫെനി മംഗളം വാരികക്കു നല്‍കിയ അഭിമുഖത്തില്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി.

സോളാര്‍ തട്ടിപ്പു കേസിലെ പ്രതി സരിത എസ്‌ നായര്‍ തനിക്കു കൈമാറിയ കത്ത്‌ എന്തുചെയ്‌തുവെന്നു ഫെനി ബാലകൃഷ്‌ണന്റെ ഈ അഭിമുഖത്തില്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. ഇപ്പോള്‍ വിപണിയിലുളള മംഗളം വാരികയിലാണ്‌ വിവാദ അഭിമുഖം.

കേസില്‍ ചില ഉന്നതര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന സരിതയുടെ മൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ പോലീസ്‌ തയ്യാറാവാതിരുന്നതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്നാണ്‌ അവര്‍ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്‌. തുടര്‍ന്നു ദേശീയ-സംസ്‌ഥാന രാഷ്‌ട്രീയത്തിലെ ഉന്നതരുടെ ഞെട്ടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വിവരങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ 21 പേജുള്ള കുറിപ്പും സരിത ഫെനിക്കു കൈമാറി. എന്നാല്‍ മൊഴി തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതില്‍നിന്നും അഭിഭാഷകനെ കോടതി വിലക്കി.

പിന്നീട്‌ സരിത സ്വന്തം കൈപ്പടയില്‍ എഴുതി നല്‍കിയ പരാതിയില്‍ ഉന്നതരെപ്പറ്റി പരാമര്‍ശം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. സരിതയുടെ മൊഴി മാറ്റാന്‍ ഗൂഢാലോചന നടന്നുവെന്ന്‌ ആരോപണം ഉയര്‍ന്നിരുന്നു. സരിതയുടെ മൊഴി അട്ടിമറിക്കാന്‍ മജിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റ്‌ അവസരമൊരുക്കി എന്ന പരാതിയില്‍ അന്വേഷണം നടക്കുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ്‌ ഫെനി ബാലകൃഷ്‌ണന്റെ പുതിയ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തല്‍.
