Re: [www.keralites.net] തിന്നുകയുമില്ല തീറ്റിക്കുകയുമില്ല

This kind of people are either still in stone age or driven by a sort of hatred. Infrastructure of a city is not only a few roads, but provision for all sort of needs related to modern life. Hypermarkets like Lulu are playing vital role in this.  The pollution factor of Lulu magnified by anti-development lobby is very low compared to the waste problems related to manufacturing industry or any heavy industry. I do not know why these people are keep on crying for small time traders! Do you thing that someone in Fort Kochi will travel all the way from his home to Lulu mall in Edappilly just to buy some green chilly and beans!

Dear Friends,
The trading businesses like Lulu Mall are not basic industries, which cannot bring much job opportunists. What difference we can find between Lulu and the American giants like Wall Mart? And all glamour of such malls will end once the money flow from the oil producing countries dry up. The 400 jobs of mainly sales men and clerks are generated by cutting throat of small time traders and farmers. The genuine development is by bringing manufacturing industries rather than trading businesses which are done better by small players. Better in the sense supplying local products rather than items imported from countries in which it is originally manufactured. For example pulses from Malawi is cheapest in the world like banana from Ugada. Plastic products from China are unbelievably cheep. For such big players the quick imports are child's play. In that case what will happen to the local industry and farmers. So everyone should concentrate in bringing in genuine manufacturing industries like Software, Electronic items, glassware, diamond, gold ornaments and any thing that does not pollute or consume much of our natural resources.

wise decision taken by Mr.YUSUF ALI. other wise he will have to face more troubles by the left on every stages of the project. now his loss is only 82 crore and he is ready to bear it. if this was happened at the end of the project , he will end up in more than 1000 crores. Finally he planing to shift it to bangalore. Bangalore is lucky to have this kind of project. The incident again reveals that left is never likes progress of this state. If the project have the capacity to provide 4000 jobs directly & around 10000 indirectly it will become a part of this sates industrial development.

It is not the first time incident. This is noticed by all of us, because it stops the benefit of many and growth of the country. We have to ignore the backward party or individual who are talking against any progress in the state. Please note, They never say an alternative or a solution to the problem they talk about. They criticize looking at the people who propose the project and not the cause. When will we all be saved from these? Abraham
