Yesterday (09th Feb 2013), I had been to one Farm, which is situated in Dhaid area, of Sharjah UAE. The owner of the farm is one Emirati person named Mr.Majeed Abdul Razak, who is a nature loving person and a business man, of course. His contact No.050 - 6546167.
I come to know about this farm through Manorama online news paper about few weeks back. One of our group friend Mr.Mohana Krishnan who works as an Asst. Manager with Top Concrete Products, Al Dhaid, Sharjah was kind enough to find out this farm and had a communication with me.
The care taker of this farm is one Mr.Om Prakash who hails from Rajashtan, India. He is being associated with this farm for more than 16 years. His contact No.050-9652871
Ok, now, about the farm:
Yesterday evening say around 16:30 hrs, I visited the farm. It was surprisingly very nice with lots of greenery, vegetation inside the farm. One could feel the cool ambience as soon as you enter the gate. Mr.Om Prakash guided me to look around the farm. Could see Hen, cock, pigeons white and few other colors, turkey hen, ostritch, peacocks normal one and white ones, male female, different types (colors) rabbits, Camel, Goats, Horses, Swan, ducks etc etc.
This farm house also have an accommodation, rest area, recreation area, play grounds, swimming pool, place to relax, have get togethers etc.
No doubt, it is a very nice place to spend full day week ends away from the fast life, office home office ply with the heavy traffic every day. Children can also enjoy very well as lots of space, play areas, lush greenery, natural touch with the animals, birds etc etc. One should not miss this opportunity at all.

It is advised to visit in groups to enjoy more.
Route: From Sharjah International Airport (Al Dhaid Road) keep driving towards east. Once you reach at the end of the road you find a round about. (first r/a).Take first right (free right), keep driving, you come to a signal. Cross the signal, drive straight. At the right side you find Dhaid Municipality office, Dhaid Municipal garage etc. Then futher you find a factory / office Top Concrete products LLC. Immediately next to Top Concrete office, take a U turn and drive forward.After half a kilometer, right side you find a big compound with gate. Top of the gate you find two birds made of clay/gypsum in cream color. This is the farm. There is no name or any other markings there. Just pull the rope tied on the door to open. Once you enter inside, some one will come and assist you. Most of the works in this farm are Bengladesh nationals. But you find Mr.Om Prakash Indian national to assist you. This farm is located on the Dhaid -Maleha, Madam Road. Sharjah Airport Road is known as Al Dhaid Road.
