In Dubai, as far as I know, we have a respect in all fields, same like other Nationalities (I don't know from where you got the informations).
There are so many Crimes happening in all over the World.. will you accept that??
In our place, we have all the way for freedom to telecast all news, thats why the things are coming on the surface easily..
Did you traveled in a lift with Egyptians or Pakistanis or Bangladhesis, the same loud speaking can be here from them also.. and very bad smell from their Mouth too...
Do not under estimate or blindly blame our People without a proper knowledge or with a half knowledge..
It is better for you to go and stay some foreign countries like US or UK...

You teased Mr John about going abroad and seing only "O" as world
but here in UAE also. Malbaris are not respected and Indian workers are dismissed or terminated from many fields to replace with Bangladeshi, Pakisthani and Philipino workers since they do not plan strikes, not into too much politics etc.
I have a club here and members are from SA, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Philipines, Iran, Hungary etc.
Most of them has the same bad opinion about Malbaris. When u say u are from Kerala they ask" Malbari?" My god are you Mallu?
why? because we know (like you just did to Mr John), only to tease, Insult, shout, and also cheat the trust, like apple a day and corruption also rape with the new name peedanam.
No body is inviting indian workers to come to other countries. How many times the extremists blast bombs in main cities? Is our prime minister or president show courage to hang the two main culprits in Jail?

I have travelled to more than 7 countries and I am witness to many , including our own yesudas type guys blaming and insulting India and i used to spend lot of time correcting their wrong beliefs .

വ്യതിപരമായും നല്ല ഒരു സമീപനമല്ല വിവിധ രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും നാട്ടുകാരില്‍ നിന്നും കാണാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളത്. ആഗോള തലത്തില്‍ ഏറ്റവും അധികം മറ്റുള്ളവരാല്‍ ഹരാസ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നത് ഒരു പക്ഷെ ഇന്ത്യ തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ ആയിരിക്കും.
സ്വന്തമായി ഒരു രാജ്യം പോലും ഇല്ലാത്ത പലെസ്തെനികള്‍ പോലും ഗള്‍ഫ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ തോഴിലകളെ പീടിപ്പിക്കുനതായ് കാണാന്‍ സാധിചിട്ടിടുണ്ട്. ദുബൈയില്‍ മലബാറി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ എന്തോ കൊള്ളാത്തവന്‍ എന്നാണ് അര്‍ഥം. നല്ല ജോലിയില്‍ ഇരിക്കുന്ന പല മലയാളികളും സ്വന്തം അസ്ഥിത്വം വെളിവാകാതിരിക്കാന്‍ ആങ്കലെയത്തിലും ഹിന്ദിയിലും ഒക്കെയാണ് മൊഴിയുന്നത്.
യൂറോപ്പിലെ മലയാളി നേര്സുമാരെ പറ്റി ഗുണ്ടെര്‍ ഗ്രാസ്സ് കളിയാക്കി എഴുതിയതും വായിചിട്ടിണ്ട്. സായിപ്പിന്റെ പള്ളിയില്‍ പോകാന്‍ ചന്കോറപ്പില്ലത്തവര്‍ നാടന്‍ പള്ളീലച്ചന്മാരെ അമേരിക്കയിലേക്ക് കേറ്റി അയക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് അച്ചന്മാര്‍ക്ക് അമേരിക്കയില്‍ പണികിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്.
ചുരുക്കത്തില്‍ നമ്മുടെ ഗന്ധര്‍വന്‍ വിടുവായ പറഞ്ഞതാനെക്കിലും ഇന്ത്യക്കാര്‍ക്ക് വെളിയില്‍, ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ താമസിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യക്കാര്‍ വിചാരിക്കുന്ന പോലെയുള്ള വിലയൊന്നും ഇല്ല. പ്രശ്നം ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ആണോ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ബാക്കിയുള്ളവരുടെ സമീപനത്തിലാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല, ഇതൊരു ദുഃഖ സത്യമാണ്.

ട്രിവാണ്ട്രം, ക്വയിലോണ്‍, ട്രിചൂര്‍, കാലികറ്റ് എന്നൊക്കെ അഭിമാനത്തോടെ പറയുന്ന മലയാളികള്‍ മദ്രാസും, കല്‍കത്തയും ബോംബെയുമോക്കേ മറന്നേ പോയി.
പുറത്തുനിന്നും ആരെങ്കിലും കേരളത്തില്‍ വന്നാല്‍ നമ്മള്‍ അവരുടെ ഭാഷയില്‍ അവരോട് സംസാരിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കും, നമ്മള്‍ കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്ത്‌ ചെന്നാലോ, അപ്പോഴും നമ്മള്‍ അവരുടെ ഭാഷയില്‍ തന്നെ സംസാരിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിക്കും.

പ്രിയ ദാസേട്ട താങ്കളെ വിമര്‍ശിക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള യോഗ്യതയും ഇല്ലാത്ത, ഒരു വിധത്തിലുള്ള പേരോ പ്രശസ്തിയോ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു പീറ,സാധാരണക്കാരന്‍ മലയാളി ആണ് ഞാന്‍. താങ്കളുടെ വാക്കുകള്‍ എന്നെ വേദനിപ്പിച്ചു. കാരണം. എന്‍റെ കേരളം,എന്‍റെ ഭാഷ,എന്‍റെ സംസ്കാരം, എനിക്ക് പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടതാണ്.അതിനെ ,സംഗീതത്തിന്റെയും, തത്വ ചിന്തയുടെയും സര്‍വജ്ഞ പീഠം ചവിട്ടിയ താങ്കള്‍ ചവിട്ടി അരച്ചു.താങ്കളില്‍ നിന്നും അങ്ങനെ ഒരു വര്‍ത്തമാനം തീരെ അപ്രതീക്ഷിതം ആയിരുന്നു..ഓര്‍മവച്ച നാള്‍മുതല്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ കൊണ്ട് നടന്ന താങ്കളുടെ വിഗ്രഹം ഞാന്‍ തന്നെ ദേഷ്യത്തോടെ വലിച്ചെറിഞ്ഞു പൊട്ടിച്ചു.. അറിവില്ലായ്മ ആണെങ്കില്‍ ക്ഷമിക്കുമല്ലോ,ഏതാനും സംശയങ്ങള്‍ ചോദിച്ചോട്ടെ.
