It is shameful for every Malayalee to have an ADGP of this calibre in KERALA. He is picking his own teeth and smelling it.
Every body knows that it stinks. But here is an IPS officer, in the rank of ADGP,  who smells his own teeth and
complaints that it stinks.

Why didn't Mr. Mani cooperate with the police while checking (The checking was conducted due to the news that Maoists were present in our forests).

 

Mr. Mani did not cooperate as he is black or belong to backward class.

 

Laws are for citizens.

കൊല്ലം: വനപാലകരെ മര്‍ദിച്ചതിന് കലാഭവന്‍ മണിക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുത്ത നടപടിക്കെതിരെ എ.ഡി.ജി.പി സെന്‍കുമാറിന്‍െറ വിമര്‍ശം. കറുത്തവനെ ചവിട്ടിത്തേക്കുന്ന സമീപനത്തില്‍ പൊലീസിന് മാറ്റം വന്നിട്ടില്ലെന്നും മമ്മൂട്ടിയോ മോഹന്‍ലാലോ ആയിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ ഇതാകുമായിരുന്നില്ല അവസ്ഥയെന്നും എ.ഡി.ജി.പി പറഞ്ഞു.

കൊല്ലത്ത് പൊലീസ് അസോസിയേഷന്‍ സമ്മേളനത്തിലാണ് എ.ഡി.ജി.പിയുടെ വിമര്‍ശം. കലാഭവന്‍ മണി തെറ്റ് ചെയ്തോ ഇല്ലയോ എന്ന് പറയുന്നില്ല. കലാഭവന്‍ മണിയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി പല സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും പൊലീസിനെ വിന്യസിച്ചതിനോട് തനിക്ക് യോജിക്കാനാവില്ലെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

അതേസമയം, കേസില്‍ കലാഭവന്‍ മണി നല്‍കിയ മുന്‍കൂര്‍ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ വിധിപറയാനായി ഹൈകോടതി മാറ്റിവച്ചു. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച കേസ് പരിഗണിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ മണി മുമ്പും സമാന കുറ്റകൃത്യം നടത്തിയതായി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്‍ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയെ എതിര്‍ത്തു. മണിക്കെതിരായ കേസ് കെട്ടിച്ചമച്ചതാണെന്ന് പ്രതിഭാഗവും വാദിച്ചു.

വാഹന പരിശോധനക്കിടെ വനപാലകരെ മര്‍ദിച്ചതിനും ഔ്യാഗിക ക്യത്യനിര്‍വഹണം തടസ്സപ്പെടുത്തിയതിനും അതിരപ്പിള്ളി വെറ്റിലപ്പാറ പൊലീസാണ് മണിക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. വനപാലകര്‍ സഹയാത്രികയെ അപമാനിക്കുകയും തന്നെ ജാതിപ്പേര് വിളിച്ച് ആക്ഷേപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തെന്ന് മുന്‍കൂര്‍ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയില്‍ മണി ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
