Health tips

Watermelon is a rich source of potassium; it helps muscle and nerve function.

For a glowing skin, drink a concoction of amla juice (Indian gooseberry/nellikkai) with honey every morning.

(Me: cheap n best)

A young man decided to join the police force.  As a recruit he was asked during the exam, "What would you do if you had to arrest your own mother?"

The mother returned to her task of washing dishes.  The little girl stood there thinking.  She cleared her throat again.  "Mother?"  She sweetly asked again.

"Yes?" her mother replied.

"Why is grandma's hair all grey", the girl continued…
