government  gave permission to sell  cigarette with a warning on it " Smoking cause cancer"

Let the government do the same thing in helmet matter- riding two wheelers with out helmet is dangerous . Let them print this warning the RC book or on the driving license . And let the people take a decision on their life. helmet sales is a big business .

Dear All

It is recently in news that the mob went in to frenzy and resorted to violence when two young men died colliding with a transport bus when running away from police checking helmets. I do not know why the Police should do any check to ensure that two wheeler drivers wear helmets. If any one does not want to wear helmets let them not wear it and die in case of an accident. Such people who do not care for their life do not deserve any consideration. Government has wronged in giving 5 lakhs their families, rather they should be punished for allowing their family member to ride  two wheelers with out helmet. 

The persons who get injured in accidents without helmets should not be treated free in Government hospitals and also they should not be made eligible to any kind of  compensation under insurance. 

So the Government should pass laws that any one travelling on two wheelers with out helmets travel at their own risk and if any one gets injured in any accident  not wearing helmet will not get free treatment in any Government hospital and insurance companies will not be liable  to pay any kind of compensation to them.
