How can i avoid overeating during the holidays?
Eat slowly. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Make the first bites count. Use a smaller plate. Steer away from food that give you a lot of calories and very little volume (e.g. all kinds of sweets).

Woman charged for sausage assault…
A woman in southern Sweden has been charged with attempted assault after allegedly attacking a man with Swedish sausage. The woman threw a frying pan filled with Falukorv – a specific type of Swedish sausage- and grease at the man during an argument in their house. He is pursuing charges against the woman for the attack and death threats she reportedly made during the squabble.
