Insted of giving Knives to Girls / Ladies, encourage them to learn martial arts / self defence.

 

If anybody try to molest them, Kick / break his balls.  Then he will not even look at girls.

i was in impression that if people travel abroad ,will get wisdom faster,but some people remain dumb ,no matter where they go.shame on his thoughts.he should better live in jungle,if he thinks might is right.we live in civilised society and respect laws.does he think that knife is the ultimate weapon.if one brings knife then the other will bring sword and so on....

even a child will have  a better understanding....

This is absolutely nonsense! It seems government machineries are failed to protect women and that is why Shiv Sena, a party with a reputation for intimidation and unrest, began handing out the weapons to women.  This type of practice cannot be accepted and should not be encouraged.  This will lead to the unruly in the country. Will Maharashtra and Central government remain silent?
