The best solution for all the problems, is just discontinue the services provided by all these private networks, and take a connection with BSNL which is reliable and at least you may know what the actual fault is. and I strongly recommend you to take a BSNL connection for all your communication necessities, such as landline, mobile, internet and all other services.
