Dear shaji,

 

Do a hard resett of your nokia e66.it will uninstall all the applications present in your phone.Your phone will be looks like a new one as you purchased.First you back up your phone memory,remove the memory card& simcard.Then enter the code*#7370#,phone will ask password,then enter 12345 (DEFAULT).it will switch off & restart again.thats all.

 

Dont forgett to back up your phone first hard resett will resett everything in your phone like contacts, notes etc..............
