Description: Electronics/Electrical Engineer Developer
Electrical Engineer Job Purpose: Designs PCB systems and firmwarefor ink jet printer control and image control data by developing and testing components.
Electrical Engineer Job Duties:
· Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of Electronic PCB's and components.
· Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
· Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
· Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electronics components; as directed by company managment.
· Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
· Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
· Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
· Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
· Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
· Maintains product data base by writing reports and entering data.
· Completes projects by training and guiding technicians.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Proficient with Cadence OrCAD Software or equivalent. Electronic Systems, Electronics Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management, Quality Focus, Database Design, Analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Attention to Detail, Emphasizing Excellence, Innovation. Preference to persons with prior experience developing electronic control and image data systems for ink jet printers.
Description: Programmer Analyst
Programmer Analyst Job Purpose: Accomplishes software requirements by developing and maintaining applications and databases.
Programmer Analyst Job Duties:
· Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with management and actual clients and with other persons in a position to understand technical requirements. Develops Graphical User Interfaces.
· Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
· Programs the computer by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer.
· Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
· Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk.
· Maintains computer systems and programming guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Keeps equipment operational by calling for repairs; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; evaluating new equipment.
