Dear all,

Recently i was hired for a MNC company in Saudi Arabia & i was nominated forsettingup HR Policies & Procedures for the company. In reality i am not into HR partuntilnow & i have no idea where to start.

Could anybody help me in achieving this by providing necessary guidance & specimens, if possible.
