Dear please consider these points:
1- was your son interviewed and selected? If there was no interview done then there is a chance that this email is fake
2- Are they asking you to submit some money? If yes, there is a chance that the job is fake. Usually companies do not ask people to send money to them
3- If the company is Oman based then why their contact number is UK (starting with +44)
4- Usually companies do not hire through facebook. They have a very mature procedures to hire people which involves resume review, interview with the relevant teams then interview with HR and then exchange of degrees etc.
