A detached, two-storey, three-bedroom home in Hackney is up for sale for just £15,000.
The catch? It's a converted London bus.

The 1972 Leyland double decker comes complete with a bathroom, master bedroom (the bed is from the Big Brother 10 house) and two further bedrooms. That's all upstairs.
Downstairs there's a fully fitted kitchen – including cooker, hobs, fridge, sink, washing machine and gas water boiler – as well as shower area, living area complete with sofa, satellite TV and dining space for up to nine people. Oh, and a driver's cab.
"When we first saw Leyland she was parked on a farm outside Oxfordshire and we just fell in love with her immediately," said Kas Graham – who converted the bus and has lived in it for the past two years.
"It was just an incredible space, like no other we'd been in before, so I scraped the money together to buy her."

He then spent 18-months and £30,000 converting it into a home, along with partner Gosia Olinska, before living in it while travelling through the UK, Ireland and France.
"It's so much fun to drive," said Kas. "And the excitement of your home coming alive when you turn on the engine is indescribable."

Of course, living in a bus is not without its problems.
"You just have to keep an eye on the back end. As she weighs about 10 tonnes and has no power steering, when I drove her every day I got muscles I've never seen before," added Kas.

There are also some issues when the bus isn't moving.
"She rocks in heavy gusts of wind, or if a large truck thunders by. And when someone runs up the stairs you can feel it all over the bus," said the film maker.
But life onboard the vehicle being sold through preloved.co.uk is far from lacking in luxury.
And the lifestyle is unrivalled.
"We have met a lot of amazing people, and some very good friends thanks to the bus," Kas added.
"She really opens up your horizons, and opens up people to you. And if you want anyone to think you're cool, or need a conversation starter, all you have to do is say, 'I own a double-decker bus converted into a house' and show them a picture."
