In Kerala it is Bachelor of Technology  ie.,  BTech

In other states like Karnataka, Tamilnadu  etc  it is Batchelor in Engineering  ie., BE

Both are same degree.  Only thing AICTE authorization should be there.

No difference in these engineering degrees.
