If a person completed 2 years in one Company, there will be no ban for him. He can join new company after cancelling previous visa an labour card. He can re-enter UAE immediate after exit.

 

Also if he has not completed 2 years, 6 months ban will be there which can be removed by paying extra fees.

6 month labour ban will be in your name either visa stamp in passport or not .so you have to wait 6 month to get another new via or pay the govt fee to shift the ban

Can anybody tell me about the latest rule from the labour court about the visa bann in u.a.e....can we re enter in u.a.e immediate after the exit..also how many months bann was there now in U.A.E
