Cost Reduction and Livelihoods Reduction (The Jobs Killed Growth)   In the absence of opportunity for saving in the white, the savings go underground with the interest at usurious rates. The savings, investment, employment, production and marketing get governed by the exorbitant interest. All employment is on the basis of denying every right to which the employees get entitled to, if it is white economy. Appointment letters normally are not given, work is temporary and payment often is on piece work basis. There is no question of increments, promotions, rights...   As appointment letters are almost removed from the business culture, many secure jobs vanish permanently. The employee may be working for many years but always the employment is on temporary basis, that too signing as remuneration for very big amounts though the actual payment is a small fraction of the amount for which the signature is taken.   Employments as we understand, with service records, increments, seniority, promotion, recognition as a specialist with experience, simply vanish. Jobless growth is actually job killed growth. One finds the coolie culture in white collar jobs also. The economy is mainly an underground or black money economy.   When savings in banks are criminalized by taxing the fake income euphemized as interest, in fact as a result the other incomes like salary and pension may be lost totally, the natural result is the diversion of the savings into the usurious money lending. From there the entire rotten structure of the structural dishonesty is embedded with very strong foundations, as the thing has established itself as the routinized culture.   Now instead of strengthening the banks by increasing the interest on fixed deposits and removing that interest from the taxable income, interest rates on the fixed deposits are actually reduced!   And that pittance is taxable income.
