In today's day and age, when stress is become a part of our nature,
its very important to practice SELF TOLERANCE. We get so carried away by looking good and constantly worryingabout other people's judgement about us that we tend to become
cranky, edgy, irritable with our own self and start to judge our selfeven before people .
The reason to practice self tolerance is because if you can manage
to get past by your own judgments about yourself, the judgmentsof the world will not even come close to you.
