Today, I am going to tell you some important things about cholesterol which everyone should know.
1. The first cholesterol check up should be done in the twenties. You should not wait to cross 30s for routine check ups. Knowing your cholesterol helps you to manage your heart health better.
2. Adults are not the only ones who should worry about cholesterol. Data says even kids and the elderly can develop high cholesterol. Obesity, sedentary life and unhealthy eating habits are a risk in children.

10. Smokers are at a higher risk of blood clots and heart diseases. Smoking can cause a spike incholesterol levels.
11. Medication, diet control and exercise should be the combination treatment for cholesterol.
