RE: [www.keralites.net] Prostrate enlargement

Yes, Medicine but no side effects, it's not a Medicine. Certainly he needs to consult with a Doctor before taking Tamsulosin for BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia). Finasteride, Terazosine, alphazosine etc are also the drugs to treat BPH but not widely accepted by the Urologists. So Tamsulosin is the drug well accepted by the Urologists world wide. There is an another drug to reduce the size of Prostate gland and which is called Dutasteride. He had wanted to know the name only and that's y only informed the name. Not suggested to intake it overnight.
Finally, it's only the information, not prescription to reduce BPH by Tamsulosin.
Thank u all....

Please do not take such medicines without consulting a doctor. Tamsulosin is a muscle relaxant to ease urination and has side effects.
