The Making Of An Apology

We're quick to apologise when westep on someone's toe, or bump into someone,

but what about when it really matters?

Maybe, we're not so quick because apologising when it matters, requires a dose of humility.

Humility enhances our capacity to reflect on our flaws,

take responsibility for the effect of ouractions, and frame our apologysincerely -

all without devaluing ourselves.

Not only does it take humility to make an apology but it alsotakes humility to accept the apology

It is important to stay on track

and motivated during the summer months

when we tend to let our personal growth take a break.
