My kitchen -6 In Saudi Arabia, Hamour (a kind of cod fish) is very popular its fillet is also available. My luck that I found a huge Hamour fillet that weighed 3 kg approx. I baked it with the ruby red Pomegranate vinegar. Garlic, Sumaaq, Pink Salt, Thyme, White pepper, ground coriander seeds were mixed in Pomegranate vinegar extra virgin Olive oil, rubbed on both sides and with some onions green chili, Hamour fillet was packed in Aluminum foil baked for 150 minutes in an electric oven, when moistures disappeared, they left behind an irresistible taste. It was praised by all and even the children loved it. Usually, kids do not like fish they prefer chicken. Engr Sulthan |
