   In a democracy there is separation of powers.The legislature has legislative posers exclusively and the courts interpret the laws and apply them to given fats and situations. The courts do not have legislative powers THE COURTS OR RATHER THE HONORABLE SUPREME COURT DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO EVEN ADD A WORD TOT HE LAW OR STATUTE OR DIRECT THE LEGISLATUTE TO FRAME A PARTICULAR LAW. THE ONLY THING THE COURT CAN DO IS TO DECLARE LAWS ULTRAVIRES OF THE CONSTITUTION .

   this IT IS THE PRIVILEGE OF THE LEGISLATURE TO FRAME LAWS AFTER ELABORATE DISCUSSIONS BY THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE.

   naturally THE legislature HAS THE EXCLUSIVE POWER TO AMEND OR VARY THE LAW BUT THIS DO NOT APPLY TO THE CASE ALREADY DECIDED BUT ONLY TO THE CASE COMING AFTER THE AMENDMENT 

  supreme COURT ENACTING OR FRAMING LAWS IN AN AREA WHERE THERE IS NO LAW WILL AMOUNT OT BREACH OF PRIVILEGE OF THE PARLIAMENT OR LEGISLATURE.

no MEANING IN SAYING ONE HAS TO SUPPORT THE COURTS.MOREOVER COURTS ARE ALSO MANED IN MANY AREAS BY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AND THEY DISPOSE CASES WITHOUT EVEN GOING TO THE FACTS AND CONTENTIONS OF THE PARTIES AND PASSING ILLEGAL ORDERS THUS BRINGING IN  THE ELEMENT OF BIAS FAVORITISM CORRUPTION AND NEPOTISM 

  THE PERSONS WHO MAN THE SYSTEM MATTERS .ONLY PERSONS WITH HONESTY ,COMPETENCE AND STRAIGHTFORWARDNESS SHOULD MAN HIGH POSTS

IT IS THE QUALITY THAT MATTERS NOT QUANTITY.

All the parties are joined against Supreme Court order to dis-qualify any one who has criminal back ground / record on the basis of FIR filed against them etc... If the politicians jointly amend this order through a parliament voting (they have majority), they will not implement the order and consider public interest. Before it happens, we have to show our support to the court order. We should promise not to cast our vote to any party object Court Order.
