 I had an experience of cancelling the ticket booked for Air india express, but I got the refund within 10 days.

 

I had been to their Sharjah office to cancel the ticket and the mail was forwarded to their Mumbai office finance division and after about 10 days,i got the money credited back to my card.

Dear friends.

I was purches the air ticket at online from air India express on Feb.2013 for my college. unfortunately the passenger father expired before he will going vacation. so the passenger told me cancel the air ticket. then i was cancel the ticket on may 2013. still i did not receive the my refund money from the air lines. i send so many mail to air line customer support office. last i was received below replay from the air line customer support office.

"Dear Sir / Madam,

 

Thank you for choosing to fly with Air India Express.

 

Kindly note that we have forwarded your mail to the finance department who will investigate your case and take appropriate action.

 

We hope the above information is sufficient. Please feel free to get in touch with us for any further clarification.

but sill i did not receive the refund amount from the air lines, please help me how to get the amount from the air line.
