Hi friend   The easiest way is to use Google Transliterate wherein you can type in any language of your choice.   http://www.google.com/transliterate/indic/Malayalam   Just type the malayam words in english (eg. priyapetta) and it will be coverted to Malayalam (പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട).
