Why dissect Gandhi now or the others? Why are we so interested in the past ignoring the present and the future that awaits us?
European kingdoms were always at war with each other, Now they see sense and cooperate with each other which would not have been possible if they focused on harped on their past.
Muslims, Christians and others may be undesirable. But what is the solution? Can we exterminate them as Hitler tried to do with the Jews?
We have differences and commonalities with almost everyone including our wives and children. If we focus and harp on the differences with others we shall never find peace. On the other hand if we focus on the common aspirations we can build a future for the common good.
There are people who are dismayed or disappointed with their life and they are the ones who blame others for their state of affairs. Then there are the politicians who stand to gain from such differences and the problems that arise therefrom. Dont fall into their traps! Thats what I have to say.
Here in India Hindus have the majority and the Muslims are the minority. But remember in Malaysia and elsewhere things are in reverse.
