FSSAI has come up with the Clean Street Food Hub initiative with support from the State Governments. We all love the lip-smacking local street food. However, street food is often perceived to be unhygienic and a major health risk. FSSAI has set benchmarks of hygiene to be followed while preparing and serving food. The Food Street that meets all criteria would be recognized as the Clean Street Food Hub.
