Hobby Is Must!

There is a general perception that we can't do much to enhance our intelligence. This is misconceptions. Some are able to increase their intelligence level; you can do plenty of things that can make you smarter.

Hobbies are integral parts of our lives, and once developed, have a great influence on our intelligence.

Below are few hobbies that will help to make intelligent

  1. Music stimulates your brain : Music has the power to invoke complex emotions and psychological states. Researchers have shown music can increases memory capacity. Music teaches you patience and perseverance. It also sharpens your concentration.
  2. Reading goes a long way towards increasing your intelligence level- this is further the case if you read different different topics - fiction and biographies, to anthologies, history etc... Reading reduces stress, helps you to experience multiple emotions, and teaches you a lot about many subjects. You feel better about yourself. You become at peace with yourself and for positive wellbeing. You prepare for all sorts of situations and become more productive in achieving your goals.
  3. Mind relaxation helps you focus on yourself, and to a higher state of being. Mind relaxation helps to reduce stress levels and gets rid of all sorts of worries. Calm and composed state of mind can be obtained through mind relaxation; you can think and plan things in much more effective way. You become aware of distractions and get self-control, also improve your intelligence.
  4. Exercising brain : Puzzles, board games, video games, and riddles. All these activities give exercise to brain which form new connections. Through such activities you also learn to respond to situations in creative ways, develop the ability to see things from a different angle and become significantly more productive.
  5. Exercise : A healthy body helps to ensure that you have a healthy brain. After all, your brain is like another muscle in your body. It reduces tension and helps you to sleep better. There is better blood circulation to the brain means increased brain function.
  6. Write down your feelings : There are tons of benefits that you can receive from writing, including increasing your overall level of intelligence, skills as focus, creativity, imagination, and comprehension.
  7. Travel to new places : Travelling can really boost your intelligence, relieves your mind of stress. As you become stress-free, you are more able to focus on tasks, observations, and deepening your understanding of many subjects. You encounter diverse people, food, culture, lifestyle and society.
  8. Participate in sports actively : Participating regularly in sports activities exercise the muscles and the brain. Playing sports regularly makes the brain more flexible and improves overall brain health. It enhances responsiveness, coordination, capabilities, and confidence - boost your brain's performance.
