first  u have to get a letter from ur land lord. With that letter  go to sewa  meeter reading section. They send some one with u for the final reading and diconnection. . Clear that final invoice from sewa and get a clearence certificate. with that clearence certificate and land lord letter go to municipality and cancel ur tenency contract

Any of you can guide me t discontinue the SEWA (Sharjah Electricity Water Authority) connection while vacating the rented apartment, like document required etc.

I gave verbal notice for vacating the apartment 2 months in advance to the watchman who is incharge of collecting rent, communicating with us on behalf of the landlord. He is of the opinion that, the tenant to get a letter from the land lord for SEWA disconnection lease cancellation etc.
